to Hwy 90,( stop light, PopEyes/ SubWay) turn LEFT
to next stop light, at Main Street (Buddy's Chevron Station)
turn RIGHT , go about a mile.
That's the Strand Theater near the corner of Academy Ave. and Main St., on

legendary entertainers, Merle Haggard, RayPrice, Conway Twitty,
Faron Young, Ronnie Milsap, George Strait, Waylon Jennings,
Johnny Cash, Kitty Wells, Hank Williams Jr., Ricky Skaggs,
Jimmie Dean, Tom T. Hall, George Jones and Tammy Wynette,
just to name a few.
He has shared the stage and recording studio with many big names
in the entertainment business, including work with Gene Watson,
Freddie Fender, Bill Cosby, Wayne Toups, Doug Kershaw, Mickey Gilley,
